Maison Fabaredo was born from a desire to keep family and cultural traditions alive. I am French, and for the past eight years I have called Melbourne my home. After the birth of my son, I felt a deep calling to share with him the heritage I grew up with — a heritage rooted in family, food, and the rituals of excellence that have shaped generations before me.

 

Having worked in luxury hospitality, I have always been surrounded by refinement, artistry, and the pursuit of quality. These experiences, combined with the warmth of family traditions, inspired me to create something that reflects both worlds: the elegance of French craft and the authenticity of simple, honest ingredients.
