1. General Information

Maison Fabaredo is a Melbourne-based business specialising in artisanal jams made with 70% fruit and low added sugar. All products are made in small batches and may vary slightly in flavour, texture, or appearance.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website by [insert cut-off time, e.g. 12pm] for next-day delivery.

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments (or your chosen provider). We do not store credit card details.

• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver within Greater Melbourne.

• Deliveries are made between 6:30am and 8:00pm].

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the order at your doorstep at your risk.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

5. Allergens & Food Safety

• All jams are prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts, gluten, and other allergens. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are free from trace allergens.

• Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and label.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Maison Fabaredo. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Maison Fabaredo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
