At Maison Fabaredo, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our gourmet food items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Once an order has been shipped or collected, it cannot be returned or refunded.

• This applies to all products, including seasonal collections, gift sets, and custom orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not accept returns, we want you to have a perfect experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
